Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SIMOKO Digital Technology LLC, doing business as SIMOKO Design Studio. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding project cancellation and refunds. We are committed to providing satisfactory service to every client while also protecting the interests of both parties.
1. Nature of Services
Design services are customized professional services, with each project tailored to the specific needs of the client. Therefore, once a project begins, the time, creativity, and professional resources we have invested cannot be fully recovered. This refund policy aims to handle various situations fairly.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Cancellation Before Project Start
If the client cancels before the project officially begins (i.e., before we start design work), a 100% full refund of the deposit paid will be issued.
2.2 Cancellation During Project

2.3 Cancellation by Us
If the project cannot be completed due to reasons on our part, the client will receive a 100% full refund of all fees paid, with no charges for any incomplete portions.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds do not apply in the following situations:
- After the client has approved and accepted final deliverables
- Project delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary materials or feedback on time
- Unilateral changes to project requirements by the client requiring redesign
- Client dissatisfaction based on subjective aesthetic preferences (when we have completed the project as agreed)
- Subsequent modifications or maintenance services after project completion
4. Refund Process
Submit Refund Request
Please submit a refund request via email (service@simoko.com), explaining the reason for the refund.
Request Review
We will review and respond within 3 business days of receiving the request.
Confirm Refund Amount
The refund amount will be determined based on project progress and confirmed with you.
Process Refund
The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation, returned to the original payment method.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method:
- Credit card payment: Refunded to the original credit card (processed via Stripe, approximately 5-10 business days)
- Bank transfer: Refunded to the original bank account (approximately 3-5 business days)
Actual processing time may vary depending on bank procedures.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, we are willing to negotiate with you in good faith. Please explain your situation in detail via email, and we will carefully consider each case. Our goal is to ensure both parties reach a fair and reasonable resolution.
7. Special Circumstances
For special circumstances (such as force majeure events, emergencies, etc.), we will evaluate each case individually and handle them flexibly. Please communicate with us promptly, and we will do our best to find a solution acceptable to both parties.
